Craft Velour 100% Polyester – Not fire retardant. It has two way stretch, both plush and shiny side of fabric can be used. (Formerly known as Robe Velour) This product has been used by Peggy Wilson (Canada) and Julie McCullough (USA) in their doll making. See pictures below. |

Picture 1 (left) - Reunion, Class of '69 - The Female doll was made with the smooth side out of the velour. The male doll was made with the fuzzy side. They stand about 12" tall. By Master Doll Artist - Peggy Wilson.

Picture 1 (left) ‘Lowly Elf’ (9”) and Picture 2 (right) ‘Selu’ (8”), the Mbuti Nkumbi, are both made from Doe Suede, fuzzy side out. Like the Craft Velour, the underside is a shiny, knitted fabric. By Master Doll Artist - Peggy Wilson.
